Starting a new project using the N*Stack

So, I’m starting a new pet project that will use the Microsoft .NET N*Stack.  N*Stack defined as the open source N* libraries.

So far, I’m including NHibernate, log4net (although I did consider NLog), Ninject, FluentNHibernate, FluentSecurity, and NUnit to start with.  I will also include ELMAH and probably Bootstrap for UI.  Getting everything set up for TDD has proven to be more complicated than it needs to be (unit testing mappings, using SQLite to test mappings and configuration) so I thought it might be useful to document.  I’ll try to create a blog post with each step of the way, if nothing else, than just a form of documentation for self.
